When Replying to Messages, My Font changes to a Microscopic Size

When I click on "Forward," "Reply" or look at the Notes in my Contact
Database, the font size reduces to an unreadable small size. How do Iget it
to be on calibri Regular 11?

I've tried everything "Help" tells me to do.
