when saving it says that the document has been repaired by Word

The following message appears wen you save a document.

The actual message is:

"This file contains repairs made to it by Word. Saving the file will make
these repairs permanent. It is recommended that you view the repairs before
saving".

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
