when Schedule is busy, automatic "out of office"

when you arrange an appointment there should be a option to put the "out of
office" on for the duration of the appointment. That way when you book your
holiday you can arrange your "out of office" message at the same time,
instead of doing it from an internet cafe on the first day of your holiday
