I send an bcc e-mail to someone and they told me that my e-mail address is
in the 'To' field although I never included there. I notice that if I don't
have any e-mail address in the 'To' field then Outlook will use my default
e-mail address and put it in the 'To'field.
Is this normal? Is there a way to disable that?

This is normal for some providers. It's something they configured. There is
nothing you can do about it except for complaining at your ISP .
