When sending e-mail how do I show the from line

I would like to be able to choose the e-mail account from my list that it
will be received from.
I cannot figure out how to make the from line show up when sending a message.
I have Outlook 2000
I would appreciate your help.

Is OL 2000 in Internet Mode Only or Corporate and Workgroup Mode?
