When.U SaveNow removal error

I get this error when I try to remove the When.U SaveNow Adware:

Failed, 0x80004005. Unspecified error

Any thoughts?

Chris, you're an MCSE, so you should be able to tell us what this has to do
with Microsoft Office. I'm sorry, but I just don't get the connection.
