when user clicks on blank picture after launching the visio close

HI,
When I clicks on new drawing, application windows closing suddely without
giving any message for laptop user. same login in desktop is working fine.
pls give me the solution for this

I would suggest that if the tool is working correctly via the server
(inferred because you mentioned using a login from a different device) that
you should investigate your server setup.....
A second question is what versions of visio are installed on the laptop and
the desktop.....
