When using speech recognition how can I capitalize a word without.

When I speak into the microphone I would like to say something to let the
system know that the next work should start with a capital letter. Is there
anyway to do that?

I believe you will need to manually capitalize letters within a sentence
that you require to have capitalization.

Unless they are words that always begin with a capital letter - personal
forenames (some more unusual surnames may require manual capitalisation),
place names, the more well known companies, etc.
