when using word when i print out a letter one line of the letter

when using word when i print out a letter one line prints out in light blue
instead of black like the rest of the letter. why?

1 - This is not a Word forum. Be more careful when posting to this forum area.

2 - Try highlighting your entire document, and then use Format/Font to set
the Font color to Black for everything.

3 - If that doesn't work, then try posting in the Word forum.
