Where are additional copies of my database tables coming from?

I have created a database in Access 2003. I joined my tables using 1 to many
relationships. When I select 'relationships' on the toolbar to view the
graphical representation, there are additional copies of some of my tables;
for example, 'Genre' and 'Genre_1'. I do not know where these are coming
from. The copies of the tables are not available as Tables objects.
