Where are +/- buttons for collapsible list in Frontpage 2003?

Where can I get those nice + and - buttons for my collapsible list. I created
the list in Frontpage 2003 using Dynamic HTML. We usually see these nice
buttons in Windows lists such as in Explore.

Be aware that FP's collapsible list doesn't work in non-IE browsers....

Here is a quick and easy way to
get expandible lists. This method solves the problem with FP's collapsible
list code that is NOT FF/NN compatible, and will therefore work in all
browsers.

It uses some CSS, and the FP Change Property behavior.

Can the sub items, eg. subb1-1, subb2-3, etc., also be linked to a
bookmark/anchor on another page?

I don't see why not. They would just be simple hyperlinks with named
anchors (nee 'bookmarks'), e.g.,

<a href="wherever.html#foo"....
