A) Tried to request additional info with an email on the shop's website.
B) Since logged in with different provider this email, apparently using my
Outlook programme, could not be send (standard account was probably selected
for the email, which did not work because of different provider).
C) Outlook continuously tries to send the email, which fails continuously
because of selected account.
D) Email message is not in Outlook OUT, however, so that I cannot change
account attached to the message or delete the message.
E) Where is the message stored?
