Where does MS post the instructions for moving a registered and activated
1-seat Microsoft operating system, (Windows 2k, XP, and MMedia, and MS
Office) from an older computer to a new one, without being "Disqualified" for
having offended the EULA ??

We are quite annoyed by the difficulties !

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as one for WindowsXP or
one of the Office newsgroups. Note that Office is a suite of
application programs, with its own separate licensing independent of
the operating system license.
