where are my e-mails stored

I need to find where the e-mail are normaly stored.
I looked in Documents and Setting folder but I'm unable to find them there(
I created a safe keeping folder in my Outlook)

All of Outlook's information is kept in a .pst file, which is hidden in
Windows 2000 and XP.
