Where are my emails from more than one month ago?

It seems that Outlook is automatically deleting anything more than one month
old in all of my mail folders. Auto Archive is NOT turned on. What is
happening to my emails?

Do they then appear in the Deleted Items folder? WHy do you believe they're
being deleted? What view are you using?
