Where are my files?

On my website that I work on, whenever I go to "insert
picture" or to open a file nothing is listed, yet they
all appear on the file list to the left....the only way I
can insert pics is to drag them in....is this a Front
Page problem or a server problem?

Yes. I run across this now and then. It is most evident when you go to My Network Places and try to bring up your website there. It will connect but you'll find that after doing so and are queried for the user\pass that the resulting folder that comes up has nothing in it. When that happens you will see this (blank) in FrontPage when you connect to the http server.

I suggest trying to remake your connection in My Network Places. Sometimes it is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a folder with the contents of the web site after doing so and other times you don't. I believe the issue is just halfhazard and I have never actually been able to pin it down to the exact cause of this issue. But if you have control over the web server a recalculate and check the server extensions can sometimes help. Yes the issue is at the server.
