Where are Outlook files stored?

I know where the .pst files are stored, but where are the files for the
contact lists and email settings stored? I just reinstalled XP to a
different partition, I have over 20 different email accounts I use pop3 for
in outlook and I don't want to type all the server data in again! Where are
these files?

which version of Outlook?

I normally stored my email accounts with Outlook Express and then export to
Outlook. You may have to retype the password though

I am using Outlook 2002 SP3. I do not use Outlook Express. I am trying to
find where the files are for my contacts and for my email settings and rules.
I don't want to retype in all of this stuff.

How do I access those email settings int eh registry and get them working then?

Also my .pst is working fine, but the contacts list isn't there...
