Where are the Contacts and Calender files kept?

Where are the files for Contact and Calender stored. How can exposed them for
copying while in Elplorer?

Unless you are running against Exchange Server, The file you need is your
Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts
etc are stored.
