where are the link bars for themes?? HELP

hi,
I am building a website. I want to use themes. But for the
life of me I have searched for link bars and cannot find
them. I love the themes but how do I add link bars. please
help. Thankyou!

You need to create a Navigation View (View Navigation and drag your pages onto it from Folder List), then apply navigation & page
banners to your pages (or shared border using both)
