where can I create a merchandising plan-o-gram?

I have a new refrigerated self - service merchandiser and I want to to create
a merchandising guide. Is there a template that is used for something like
this?

I've seen plan-o-grams for two different retailers. There's absolutely
nothing that looked like you need a template.

A template? Kinda doubt there would be, as the base template would need to
be of your store.
Take a look at SmartDraw I use it for basic floorplans, I think it would
