Where can I download a full version of Frontpage, free of charge?

After struggling for a while to create a website with online HTML editors,
Paint and Notepad, I've finally given in and realised that I very much desire
Microsoft Frontpage's return to my computer.
Before I go out and buy another copy of the Office CD that contains it, is
there anywhere I can download a working version free of charge?
I have searched the Microsoft site, but from what I understand of this
technical jargon, all it offers is upgrades and add-ons.
I run on Windows XP Professional.
Help is very much appreciated.

Sorry, but you will have to purchase FrontPage. You might find a deal on
2000, 2002 or maybe even 2003 on eBay or one of the other auction sites.
