where can I download from the internet Outlook 2003 CDO?

Why would want to do that when it is on the Office/Outlook CD? (It doesn't
install by default.)

I was installing new program SendPhotos and a dialog box
came up saying CDO was not installed on my computer.
Office 2003 came preinstalled on my compter. So I have to
look fo CDO it seems

Reputable places like Dell, Gateway, .etc that sell a computer with a
pre-bundled Office suite generally supply the CD. Outside of that, CDO is
only distributed with Office/Outlook.
