Where can I download MS Office Picture Manager?

Any info on where I can download this program would be helpful. I can't find
it anywhere on Microsofts site.

I believe the only way you can get it is from a MS Office retail bundle. I
was looking for the same thing several months ago because it was on my
machine at work, but like you I couldn't find it. Then I purchased Office
2003 Professional and it came with the bundle. As far as I know, that's the
only way to get it, but I could be wrong.

As Gus says, it comes as part of Office 2003, if you want it you need to
buy Office 2003.
