Where can I find a 59mm business card cd label template?

I need a template for 59mm hockey rink shaped business card cd's. The label
page I have has 2 vertical rows of four. Total of 8 labels per page.

You should check out the program "click'n design"

You can find it online as a download with a free 14 day trial.

As I remember it goes up to 4 disks per page, but you can easily edit
that with your favorit image editor like paint.
