Where can I find a simple introduction to using userforms in word.

I'm looking for guidance, starting at the beginning...

I want to be able to choose which user is writing a letter, and have their
name, email address, and job titles appear in the appropriate places.

A userform is a custom dialog that is usually called via a macro.
