Where can I find a template that looks like an open book?

I am designing a brochure. And I wanted the pages to look like an open book
with pages (lines) on the edges.

That I could put my material in side.

I am using Office Publisher

Did you know that Publisher has it's own set of newsgroups? We don't have to
be lumped under "office.misc".

Other than that, what's your question? What you want to do can be easily
done if you have the graphics.
