Where can I find a textbook for Office 2004?

Our high school uses MS Office 2004 for the Mac. Anyone know of a good
textbook? I've found a couple good paperback books but we need an actual
hardback textbook that can survive heavy use.

I checked "The Missing Manual" out from the library. It's a paperback
(despite the picture of a hardback on the cover), and it doesn't include any
lessons. It's good for me as a teacher but won't work as a text for the
students.
