Where can I find a Time/Date Control?

Does anyone know of a Date/Time control that allows the user to enter both
values easily? I've seen a control that presents the Dates in an easy to use
calendar format, but I haven't seen anything that allows entry of the time in
the same dialog.

Also, does anyone know where I can find VBA help files for Access 2000? The
person who has the installation CD is off for the holiday.
