Where can I find documents on optimizing performance of 2003

Hi Everyone,

Other than a small amount of information in the MSP 2003 Online Books, I
have not seen any Microsoft documentation on analyzing and optimizing system
performance for Project Server 2003.

Ideally, I was hoping for an overview of the components and some of the ways
to optimize them, i.e. Project Server and optimal Windows Server settings,
SQL Server and optimal DB Settings, IIS and optimal settings.

Does anyone know of a good website or document that would help me to analyze
performance and then optimize it?
