where can i find free download for microsoft outlook tanslator

Currently trying to inport data from an Excel file to Outlook Contatcs.
Unfortunately in the process, explains that I am missing 'Microsoft Outlook
translator'. Purchased computer with XP Professional and have no disc. Is it
possible to download this?

Please help could save me hours of work as I have 3000 ccontacts to add.
