Where can I find hotfix

My Powerpoint 2000 on Win XP quits because of problem with
content in clipboard.I have Office SR3.

I have read in KB article to obtain a hotfix to resolve
this issue.I am unable to find hotfix for this issue in MS
site.Where can I get it?

Didn't the KB article tell you how to contact Microsoft to obtain the fix?
Generally they do. Hot fixes are distributed based on a need. I think they
are careful about this because hot fixes are tested, but not as extensively
as Service Packs, for example. Check the article again and look toward the
bottom for information on how to obtain it, or a link to such information.
