Whenever I try to create a new database or open an Access file, I always get
the same message. First, it tells me that I may not have administration
privileges, that I may have specified an incorrect pathname or filename, or
that I may not have enough disk space. Then, it gives me a second message,
saying that there was a startup file not found, and that it is required. The
name is a bunch of Japanese-looking characters, they don't help at all.
I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Office, and have tried to repair it
twice as well. Nothing seems to help. Can anybody give some tips as to how
to solve this problem?
