Where can i find new designs for cover page?

The cover page designs provided in Word 2007 are limited. Where can I find
more designs and how do I add them into the software? currently I can only
add themes whenever I find a nice template to use. I'm not sure if similar
functionality exists for cover page designs.

The chances of finding exactly what you want are slim. Either create your
own cover page or use one of the supplied cover pages and modify it to your
requirements
