Where can I find Organisation Chart Templates?

I am looking to create an organisation chart with Joint MD's at the top of
the shop, but Office wont let me do this (unless i am doing it wrong). Does
anyone have a template that i can use?

Which application and version (e.g., PowerPoint 2003, Word 2000) are you
trying to do this in?
