Where can I find PSTPRX.DLL

On launching Outlook it tells me that it cannot load email files as MAPI
cannot find PSTPRX.DLL. I have run search and PSTPRX.DLL is not on my
computer. I hav reinstalled and also run repair from original disk.
Any ideas.
