Where can I find the 25-digit product key for Office 2000

Dear all,

some of machine in my company need to be reinstalled. And I need
to know the 25-digit product key for Office 2000. I try many software,
but no one can give me the product key of Office 2000 that
have been installed in the computer.

Is there any method to retrive the Product key of Office 2000
installed in my computer?

Please help. Thanks.

The installation of Office 2000 may well have left a couple of install
log files in ..\windows\temp, the file names would be something like :
"Office 2000 Professional Setup (0004)_MsiExec.txt"

Here on my system there is this file, and it contains the PID key that I
typed in when installing Off2k.
It's an entry, "Property(C): PIDKEY = (what I typed in)".

You may be lucky and find this on the system(s) in question, a text
string search for "PIDKEY" may do it.

The installation of Office 2000 may well have left a couple of install
log files in ..\windows\temp, the file names would be something like :
"Office 2000 Professional Setup (0004)_MsiExec.txt"

Here on my system there is this file, and it contains the PID key that I
typed in when installing Off2k.
It's an entry, "Property(C): PIDKEY = (what I typed in)".

You may be lucky and find this on the system(s) in question, a text
string search for "PIDKEY" may do it.
