Where can I find the EULA for my MS 2000Pro

I currently purchased a new PC and a new Laptop. I would like to put my old
copy of MS 2000pro on both but am unclear about how to tell if my copy is an
OEM or a purchase from looking at my disks. The disks do read "For
distribution with a new PC only"
Does that mean they are OEM disks?
Where can I locate the EULA information?

You have an OEM disk because of the "For distribution with a new PC
only" marking on the CD. That means you are only licensed to install
the software on the computer that the software came with, and you cannot
install it on another computer. To read the End User License Agreement
that applies to your copy of Office, start Word and click on Help |
Microsoft Word Help | Contents | <expand the "Microsoft Word Help"
category> | End User License Agreement.

So I can't put it on my new PC even if I have tossed the old PC in the trash.
The new PC is "new" and the old PC is trashed.
