Where can I find the installation package for the assistant?

I installed Office 2003 a few days ago and I want to install the assistant,
but it keeps telling me that I'm missing a .msi file. Is there any way I can
install the assistant separately? Is there any software or fix to do this?

This type of message can be caused by a missing or corrupt *.msi file.
Obtain the following utility and use it to remove only the reference
to Office. Once that is complete then you'll need to reinstall Office
to point the Windows Installer to your installation CD:
