Where can I get a copy of proret.msi? It's not on the reinstall .

I downloaded Microsoft Office SP3 but it will not install because the
installer says it needs a file called proret.msi. This file is not on the
reinstall disk from Dell. Dell support responds with a generic message to
not bother them...call Microsoft.

Can this file be downloaded or obtained somewhere else?

The problem is that proret.msi was not on the Office reinstall disk provided
by Dell.

You should have some sort of Office CD?
