Where can I get a sample detailed network diagram?

I need to design a network layout for an educational institution as part of
my academic. Hence I need a template network layout (diagram) for an
educational institution

This isn't specific to education institutions, but Micrsoft has a lot of
reference diagrams as part of their Microsoft Systems Architecture.
