Where can I get a template for 4up Postcards from Stamps.com

[Looking for Postcard template for 4 up]

Where can I can a template to create postcards I purchased from Stamps.com
to do a change of address mailing for my customers.??

I currently have an old version of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
