Where Can I get a Template for a Statuary Declaration

Prefer Word 2003, but would be happy with anything really. I just want to
write a stat dec (Australia) in the right sort of format

group. Thought I'd put it out there, as my search so far has been fruitless

There's a PDF version that could be used to roll your own Word
template.

I found these through Google, but I searched for "statutory
declaration". Statuary declarations would have more to do with
sculpture.

Did you search for "Statutory Declaration" or "Statuary Declaration"??
If the latter then that may be why you weren't able to find anything.
