where can I get an Office 7 interactive upgrade tutorial

I have just upgraded to Office 7. It's completely non-intuitive and I need a
software that allows me to identify the equivalent commands from Office 2003

On Microsoft's website there are interactive tutorials for Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint that do exactly what you are asking for.
