Where can I get IMAP patches for Outlook 2000?

Hi all,

I have some serious troubles running Outlook 2000 against UW imapd, get
lots of timeouts. I know there are some IMAP related patches: Q272170,
Q316113, Q319238, Q258584, Q283191.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any download links for the patches! Can
somebody help me?

I have a Technet DVD subscription and maybe the files are on some of the
disks, but on which one...?

Post-service pack hotfixes are available only by calling Microsoft Product
Support Services. There should be no charge for the support.

I have installed Office 2000 SP3. How can I tell if the mentioned
patches are already on my system?

Any KB article on a hotfix should give the version number of the affected
files. You can check the corresponding files on your system.
