Where can I learn to program Macros?

It depends on you as to whether it is easy or difficult. Not everyone
can program macros easily, but I think most competent computer users can
if they give it a try. You might want to check out my book, Powerful
PowerPoint for Educators:

It is geared toward getting non-programmers to write useful macros
without becoming full-fledged programmers.
