Where can I publish my web site with frontpage?

I went to the site to check all the servers that would support frontpage, but
it was unavailable. Where can I go to publish my site|?

You need to register a domain name and then find a hosting company and establish an account. They
will then send you instructions on how to publish to their server.

There is a multitude of hosting companies that support FrontPage.
