Where can I purchase Picture Manager or the equivalent?

I recently purchased a laptop computer - and since I am a student was given
the Microsoft software from the university - however, it did not include the
Picture Manager - which I use ALL the time - and was wondering where I could
buy it?

Microsoft Picture Manager is included in all editions of Office 2003. If
the Microsoft software you were given includes Office 2003 look under All
Programs, Microsoft Office, Tools. If it is not listed you can install it
by running setup.
