Hi LeneG,
the best option to see all of your admin time per resource or consolidated
it the Data Analyser. You have 14 cubes whereby some of these cubes are
dedicated to timesheet. There you will find all timesheet and admin tasks.

I fould the possibilities in Data Analyser.
What I really wanted was to find a solution in Proj Proff - Data
Analyser i... too many numbers......

If you are after vacation time of all resources you will not get past either
Data Analyser or reporting Services. since Project Server 07 has a reporting
db, all resource relevant informtion is stored in this db allowing you to
report against it with a reporting tool like Reporting services.
I dont think it will be feasable or possible to create a vacation report in
Project Pro. The main reason for this is becuase admin tasks are not maintain
in a schedule, they are maintained in Proejct Server hence the reason for
data Analyser or Reporting services.
