Where did all of my saved emails in folders go

After installing Office 2003 for students and teachers, all of my saved
emails in folders that I created were gone. How do I find and retrieve them

If you were using Outlook, look for your .pst file (enable searching hidden
folders in Windows search) and then use File->Open->Outlook Data file from
within Outlook's file menu.
