Sorry - I'm looking for the toolbar that normally would
sit on the left side on my desktop with all the Office
programs on it. It had the colored flag at the top and
was black.

YOu mean the Office Shortcut Bar then.
Under Start->Programs->Microsoft Office Tools->Office Shortcut Bar.

YEAH!!!! THank you - I got it back. I didn't know how
much I used it until I couldn't find it!
